Atlanta Day 5

I went to Atlanta for a week. Here is what I did on Day 5, or check out my Atlanta City Guide.

RADIAL CAFE -- The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. They made even average-sounding dishes taste special.
Cinnamon Roll.
Chopped Cobb Salad
Mom's French Toast (with Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce)
I never had Strawberry-rhubarb before and it had a sweetness like that of sweet potato.
GEORGIA TECH -- There were lots of Google paraphernalia everywhere because they are filming "The Internship" on campus (starring Owen Wilson & Vince Vaugh). There are Google colors, bikes and lawn chairs everywhere; but alas, no star sighting.
Android props in the GT library.
MURPHY'S -- Really great food and service. Give in to the complimentary valet parking because you may not find any otherwise. Again, Jon ordered the better dish. I got the salmon with the mysterious asian greens, which turned out to be just bok choy. Jon got the brisket, and its horseradish mashed potato was AMAZING! I got the big fries because of the novelty factor, but it looks more formidable than it tastes.
SLOW COOKED SALMON STEAK
crispy rice cake, orange miso, asian greens
GUINNESS BRAISED BEEF BRISKET
horseradish mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, green beans
BIG FRIES, GARLIC AIOLI
CACAO -- Cute chocolatier with gelato, macarons, and of course--really expensive chocolate. Beautiful decor and cute salesgirls.
Cacao
PAOLO'S -- This is a gelato shop, but the gelato wasn't even as good as Cacao's. Also, you must pay with cash!
