IF: Caged

Illustration Friday is a cool illustration site that gives a new prompt every week and an opportunity to post your result. I am going to try and post a doodle for each week's prompt (at least on my own blog). This week, the topic is: caged.

I did this in my normal moleskine notebook. The paper is NOT WORKING (with watercolors)! I had to photoshop out some wrinkles! Ha!

(Can I use photoshop as a verb? Or should I capitalize it?)

Rad! Great expression. And yeah, you can totally use photoshop as a verb, people do it all the time with google!

the smell of wet asphalt, hedges, stepping on dry crunchy leaves, red brick walls, cool breezes on a warm day, the warmth of the sun on a cold day, writing my name into a new book, singing, the process of getting to know a person, paper, hand-written notes from friends, subtlety, being driven around (as opposed to driving), brown paper bags, blowing dandelions, my friends being happy, writing with a pencil, making people laugh, holding a warm mug when it is cold, drinking tea, sticking my face out the window of a moving car, being barefoot & in pajamas, the fact you've read this far.
