A Crafty Gift

Recently, I decided to make sure I craft stuff every once in a while instead of only drawing/painting. So I pulled out some material last night and made my mom something for Mother's Day. This is a little snake keychain I designed. I will tweak with this pattern in the future, but here is the alpha version!

Alice! I never knew you were so artsy! I always thought you were just a philosopher. :) I saw your art work in the Inheritance magazine. GOOD Stuff!

the smell of wet asphalt, hedges, stepping on dry crunchy leaves, red brick walls, cool breezes on a warm day, the warmth of the sun on a cold day, writing my name into a new book, singing, the process of getting to know a person, paper, hand-written notes from friends, subtlety, being driven around (as opposed to driving), brown paper bags, blowing dandelions, my friends being happy, writing with a pencil, making people laugh, holding a warm mug when it is cold, drinking tea, sticking my face out the window of a moving car, being barefoot & in pajamas, the fact you've read this far.
